These Cherry Garcia Brownies are the dessert that everyone is going to be talking about.

I made this for a family get together and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. Everyone devoured them.
I love Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia Ice Cream. It’s probably my favorite dessert of all time.

One day, I thought about how incredible it would be to make brownies inspired by my favorite dessert and came up with this.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. The chocolate brownie baked with the cheery cheesecake and mini chocolate chips is the greatest flavor combination of all times.

The boxed brownie mix is a huge shortcut that saves a lot of time, too. What a score.
I’ve said it plenty of times that I’m not an awesome baker. Any dessert recipe that I make has to be quick, easy and super delicious.

This one sure does hit all of those marks easily. Take this dessert to your next party and it is sure to be the star of the show. ?

Cherry Garcia Brownies Ingredients

- Boxed Brownie Mix (plus the ingredients to make them)
- Butter, softened
- Cream Cheese, softened
- Vanilla
- Eggs
- Flour
- Sugar
- Cherry Pie Filling
- Miniature Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
First, make the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the package and pour the batter into a 9 x 13“ greased baking dish.

Next, in a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla until smooth.

Then, dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter.

Now, using a butter knife, swirl the cream cheese into the brownie mixture.

Next, dollop the cherry pie filling evenly on top of the brownie mix and cream cheese topping.

Then, using the back of a spoon, smear the cherry pie filling into the surface of the brownie batter and cream cheese mixture.

Now, evenly sprinkle the miniature chocolate chips on top.

Next, place the brownies in the center rack of the oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until the center is firm.

Finally, let the brownies, cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
