This one is truly the best of both worlds! It’s a creamy pasta salad and a classic coleslaw combined into one delicious side dish. You get that cool, crunchy texture from the slaw with the heartiness of pasta, all tossed in a tangy, slightly sweet dressing that pulls everything together perfectly.

First, in a large bowl, add the cooked ditalini pasta. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, onion powder, and celery seeds until smooth and pour it over the pasta. Toss to combine.
PRO TIP: Be sure the pasta is cooled completely before adding it to the bowl so it wont absorb too much of the dressing.

Now, add the coleslaw mix and gently toss everything together until it’s evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 14 Oz Ditalini Pasta-cooked, rinsed under cold water and drained well
- 1.5 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbs Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Celery Seeds
- 14 Oz Bagged Coleslaw Mix1
Instructions
