Applebee’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip

From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

This Applebee's spinach and artichoke dip is just about as close to the original as you can get..

This has always been my favorite thing to order at the restaurant whenever I go there. I swear if given the opportunity, I could eat the whole entire thing myself.

Unfortunately, the location closet to me closed down not too long ago. So, I decided to give this recipe a whirl at home and, WOW. I couldn't even believe how incredible it was.

The ingredients are super simple, too. If you're hesitant about the Alfredo Sauce, don't be. It makes it!

Everything goes together so perfectly for just the right blend of all of the ingredients. Simple place everything into a baking dish, cover with mozzarella cheese and you're good to go!

This is a phenomenal appetizer to make for parties or a casual afternoon at home. We've even served this for some holidays, too. Everyone loves a good spinach and artichoke dip, don't they?

It's always a huge hit with our guests. My picky kids even like this one and thats saying a whole lot.

I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you'll love it just as much as my family and friends do.

Fast. Simple. Delicious.

Applebee's Spinach And Artichoke Dip Variations

I like this recipe for spinach and artichoke dip made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you'd like to.

  • Alfredo Sauce- Jarred alfredo sauce works perfectly here but feel free to make your own and use that if you prefer. I also have a wonderful and super easy recipe for it if you need one, CLICK HERE.
  • Cheese- If you'd like to steer away from the copy cat element of this dip feel free to use any kind of cheese that you'd like. Just be sure to shred it yourself because it will melt much better that way.
  • Dipping- Eat this dip with tortilla chips or cut up pieces of carrots and celery.
