Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs Variations
I like this recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- bone in, skin on chicken thighs will give you the best flavor for this recipe but chicken breast, legs and skinless, boneless thighs will work, too. Just adjust cooking times to make sure your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
- Baking- If you don’t have an oven safe skillet, transfer the chicken to a baking dish and continue cooking it in that.
- Spicy- Add some hot pepper flakes to the butter and garlic to give the chicken a little kick.

- Chicken Thighs- bone in, skin on
- Butter
- Garlic, minced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°
First, pat the chicken thighs dry using a paper towel and add them to a large bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chicken bullion.

Now, mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated in the seasoning and let that marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Now, sear the chicken thighs on both sides for about 5 minutes or until the skin is brown and crispy.

Now, spoon some garlic butter over the chicken thighs and place the skillet into the oven for about 15 minutes.

Next, spoon some more garlic butter over the top of the chicken and place it back into the oven to continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

Finally, let the chicken cool slightly, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley (optional). Serve warm and enjoy!
