This garlic parmesan corn on the cob is the side dish you need to make this summer.I’m always looking for new and exciting ways to serve it and this recipe completely hit the spot. This method of cooking corn went viral on the Internet a few years ago and I’ve been meaning to try it. I am so glad that I did!It is beyond flavorful and the freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top just takes this over the edge. Not to mention, it’s super easy to make, too.

What a fantastic recipe to make in the summertime with all those delicious hotdog dogs, hamburgers and grilled chicken. Yum! I hope you give this recipe a try. I promise you its a guaranteed hit!

Ingredients

Heres what you'll need to make this delicious corn. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.

  • Frozen Corn On The Cob- The star of the show! The frozen corn is so convenient and the perfect, uniform size. I used BirdsEye
  • Butter- Enhances the natural flavor of the corn and adds richness. I use Kerigold
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce- Gives the corn it signature, creamy and cheesy flavor. You can order it on Amazon HERE
  • Parmesan Cheese- Adds a second later of salty, slightly nutty cheese flavoring.
  • Salt- Enhances the other ingredients.
  • Pepper- Balances out the richness of the sauce.
  • Garlic Powder- Adds an additional layer of garlicy falvor throughout the corn. I used Mccormick
  • Parsley- An optional garnish that adds a pop of color.

How To Make It

Heres how to make this delicious side dish. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.

Preheat the oven to 350°

First, in a large pot, boil the corn in water in 1 stick of butter for 5-7 minutes or until the kernels are soft. Melt one stick of butter and pour it into a baking dish. Add the corn and roll it around until it’s coated in the butter. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder on all sides.

Now, add the Garlic Parmesan Sauce to each piece and brush it onto all sides. Place the baking into the center rack of the oven for about 10 minutes. Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese onto the top of each one. Finally, garnish with parsley (optional), serve warm and enjoy!

Can I Use Fresh Corn?

Oh yes, absolutely you can! Its even better with fresh corn thats in season. You can either leave it whole or cut it in half for smaller portions.

Storage

Let the corn cool completely and place it into an air tight container. It will last in the refrigerator for up to three days.
