Halloween jack o lanterns quesadillas are the perfect way to celebrate spooky season. I love Halloween, Its such a magical holiday and my absolute favorite growing up. The idea they anything could happen on Halloween night and looked forward to the entire month. I remember all the little things my Mother and teachers at school would do to make spooky season memorable for all the kids.
Now that I’m a parent, I want to make sure my kids experience that same magic. These jack o lantern quesadillas are the perfect way to do that. They’re super easy to make and hit all the marks for a great Halloween snack, lunch, appetizer or dinner. My kids just love them and I love making them!

- Cheddar Cheese
- Olive Oil
How To Make Them

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
1. Lay half of the tortillas down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and evenly distribute the cheese on top. Using a sharp knife carefully cut jack o lantern faces out of the remaining tortillas.

Let the quesadillas cool completely and place them into a food safe air tight container. They will last in the refrigerator for up to three days.

- 1.5 Cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
Instructions
