Warm pepper jelly dip is a delicious, crowd pleasing appetizer made by combining a blend of cheese and bacon bits baked and covered in sweet and spicy pepper jelly.

Warm pepper jelly dip is truly a delicious and unique appetizer you need for your next party.

This dip has so many delicious flavors going on that it’s almost impossible to resist. Whenever I make this, my family and friends go crazy for it.

The blend of cheeses, bacon and sweet and spicy pepper jelly go together so wonderfully.

This is one of those appetizers that will get all your guest talking. Especially if they’ve never tried a dip like this before.

The best part about it, is that it’s super easy to put together, too. The ingredients are simple and require very little effort to make.

I’ve been making this for every holiday party and family get together for years and it’s always a huge hit.

It’s one of my go to appetizers for Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving. Everyone always loves it and looks forward to eating it.

Warm Pepper Jelly Dip Variations

I like this dip recipe made just the way it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

  • Cheese- use any kind of hand shredded cheeses that you’d like here.
  • Cream Cheese- If you’d like to add another layer of flavor, try a flavored cream cheese like garlic and herb or jalapeño.
  • Bacon- Use precooked bacon bits or make your own bacon at home.

Warm Pepper Jelly Dip Ingredients

  • Pepper Jelly
  • Softened Cream Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • Pepper Jack Cheese, hand shredded
  • Bacon Bits
  • Salt and Garlic Powder
  • Scallions for garnish (if desired)
  • Crackers for dipping

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°

First, in a medium sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, bacon bits and 2 tablespoons of the pepper jelly.

Now, season it with a little salt and garlic powder and stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.

Next, add the mixture to a pie plate or baking dish and spread it out so that it’s flat and even.

Then, place it into the oven for 10-15 minutes or just until the dip is warm.

Now, every spread the rest of the pepper jelly onto the top the dip.

Finally, top with scallions (optional) serve warm and enjoy.

  • 11 oz Pepper Jelly
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • ½ cup Pepper Jack Cheese, hand shredded
  • ¼ cup Bacon Bits
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Scallions (optional)
  • Crackers for dipping
