4 ingredient hot artichoke dip is the easy, no fuss appetizer thats sure to become and instant favorite among family and friends.

I've been making recipe this for years and every time I do, I get tons of compliments on it. People seem to really love the combination of these simple ingredients together.

This is a fantastic choice to serve for holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving or any celebration with family and friends. I've also made this for television watch parties and big game parties, too.

It's so versatile that it can be made for just about any occasion. Trust me, it's going to be a huge hit no matter what the serving circumstances are.

Dip and appetizer recipes like this that are made with just a few basic pantry staples are lifesavers for me on days I need to throw something together, too.

You never know when company might drop by, or you accept a last minute invitation somewhere. I've always got this recipe in my back pocked ready to go!

This dip is one that we just can get enough of around here. Make sure you serve it with a nice, thick cracker like pita or bagel chips to really scoop up all those delicious artichokes!

4 Ingredient Hot Artichoke Dip Tips and Variations

I love this artichoke dip exactly as it is but here are some things to take into consideration when making it.

  • Artichokes- I think this is at its best with just plain, regular canned artichoke hearts. If you cant find them, or would like to use marinated artichoke hearts, they wil work, too. Just be sure to drain as much liquid from them as possible.
  • Parmesan Cheese- Freshly shredded parmesan always melts better so I recommend using that or the pre shredded kind that comes in a container. I have used powdered parmesan and it does work. Its just not as good or smooth.
  • Garlic- Instead of freshly chopped garlic cloves, garlic powder can be used in substitution.
  • Cheese- Feel free to add some freshly shredded mozzarella cheese to the top If you'd like to.

  • Canned atrichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic, minced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
  • Pita or Bagel Chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375.

First, in a medium sized bowl, add the artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and minced garlic.

Now, mix everything together until its evenly combined.

Then, transfer the mixture to an oven safe baking dish and smooth it out until its flat.

Next, place it in the oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the sided are hot and bubbly.

Finally, let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley and enjoy

  • 1 14 oz jar Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup Mayonaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
  • Pita or Bagell Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • In a medium sized bowl, add the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
  • Mix everything together until its evenly combined and add it to to a baking dish.
  • Smooth the mixture out and bake it uncovered for about 20 minutes or until the sides are hot and bubbly.
  • Serve this with a strong cracker like a pita or bagel chip and enjoy!
