Imagine this.. bubbling hot, creamy, cheesy artichoke hearts smeared over a salty cracker. Seriously, who wouldn’t love that? Exactly. So do everyone a favor & make this easy artichoke dip at your next “thing”. They’ll love it, you’ll love it & everyone will be happy. Promise 😊.
This dip is only 4 ingredients- amazing.
Here’s How To Make It:
- – 14 Oz of marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 cup of Mayonnaise.
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Garlic Powder
💥Preheat the oven to 375° 💥Roughly chop the artichoke hearts & mix them with the mayo, Parmesan cheese & a little sprinkle of garlic powder 💥Place it in an oven safe baking dish & bake until it’s melted & bubbly (about 15/20 min) 💥Serve with your favorite crackers
I want to mention…
⚡️This is amazing right out of the oven but doesn’t really “last” long. Meaning when it’s baked- eat it. After it sits for a while, oil rises to the top and looks weird. Still tastes great but that oil on top is hard to get past. It also doesn’t reheat that well. So again, make this when your gonna eat it so it’s just right 👌🏼
⚡️Roughly chop the artichokes but the size depends on you. If you want to mince a few and leave a few big chunks that’s great. Some people like it chunkier some like it smoother. I prefer chunky but you do you.
⚡️I’ve done this with freshly grated Parmesan cheese & the “shaker” kind. Both were great & I really couldn’t tell much of a difference.
⚡️Choose a sturdy cracker. This time I actually used pita chips just to make sure It could support a big artichoke chunk. It was a great choice.
