These easy pepperoni pizza rolls are made using sliced pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings baked until golden brown in premade pizza dough.
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

These Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are everything you love about pizza wrapped up in one buttery, golden bite. Made with refrigerated pizza dough, melty mozzarella cheese and plenty of pepperoni. They bake up soft on the inside with slightly crispy edges. Once they come out of the oven, they get brushed with garlicky Italian seasoned butter that makes them completely irresistible.
They're the kind of snack that disappears fast. These are perfect for lunch, an easy dinner, game day, or an after school treat. Kids absolutely love them and from my experience, adults usually grab more than a few, too. They're simple to make, fun to eat, and honestly very hard to stop once you start.

How To Make It
Heres how to make these delicious pepperoni rolls. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Open the pizza dough, roll it flat and sprinkle it with half of the Italian seasoning. Lay the mozzarella cheese down on top of the dough side by side and add the pepperoni slices to the top of the cheese in a single layer.
PRO TIP: If possible, get thin slices of pepperoni from your local deli. They are bigger and easier to make this recipe with.

Jelly roll the dough up horizontally and the pieces of dough on the end closed. Place it seem side down and slice them into 1- 2" pieces. Now, put them on either a parchment paper lined baking with cheese and meat side facing up. Now, place them in the center rack of the oven for about 10-13 minutes or until the dough is cooked all the way through and the cheese is melted.
PRO TIP: Use a serrated knife to easily slice the pepperoni rolls into pieces.

Finally, mix together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic power. Brush the butter over the top of the rolls, serve warm and enjoy!
NOTE: These are best served warm but they are great at room temperature, too.

Can I Use Something Besides Pizza Dough?
Yes, crescent rolls would be a great substitution here. Feel free to make your own dough or pick some up from your local pizza place.
What Should I Serve These With?
I like to keep it simple and serve them with a side salad and a little marinara sauce for dunking.
Can These Be Made In The Air Fryer?
Yes! Just set the temperature to 380 degrees and cook them for about 8-10 minutes. Cook the dough all the way through and adjust the time if needed.
Storage
Let the pepperoni rolls cool completely and place them into a food safe air tight container. They will last in the refrigerator for up to three days.
