Easy Peanut Noodles
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
These easy peanut noodles are a delicious dinner that comes together in just 10 minutes.

This can be served as a side dish or main course meal depending on the serving size.
You can also add whatever kind of vegetables or protein you’d like to make it a little more filling, too.

The Asian flavors of this sauce really make this meal taste like something special.
Especially for people like my family and I who don’t eat these flavor combinations often.

And the best part is that not only does it taste incredible, it’s also super easy to make, too.
This dish is a breath of fresh air when my weekly dinner routine gets a little boring.

My family is always very happy to see this on the dinner table whenever I make it.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know that you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Easy peanut noodles variations
I love this recipe as it is, but here are some ways to switch it up if you’d like to.
- Peanut butter- I do prefer the chunky peanut butter but smooth works for this recipe, also.
- Noodles- If you cant find the rice noodles, spaghetti or any other pasta would be a great substitute.

- Brown sugar- instead of brown sugar, feel free to use honey.
- Ad Ins- cooked vegetables can be added to this dish as well as any cooked protein to make it more of a hearty meal.

Recipe is so delicious! Do you happen to have a good way to reheat them? My family doesn't have enough members yet to finish a whole batch at one meal.

Hi! I’m so glad you like them. I’d suggest cutting the recipe in half. The noodles tend to absorb the sauce over time so they don’t reheat great

How much brown sugar? Recipe is messed up for that ingredient. It says "1.4 cuo". Did you mean 1-1/2 cups or 1-1/4 cups? Thx
Al Dente Diva says
Hi! 1/4 of a cup!!
