This Sunday Funday Dip is the perfect appetizer to bring to your next party. Everyone will be very happy you did.

It only requires five ingredients and couldn’t be easier to make. This is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that you’ll be sure to make again and again. That’s actually exactly what happened to me.
This recipe got its name because I would always make it for football Sundays in the fall and winter. Talk about a huge hit.

The dip was so popular with my friends and family that they’d always ask if I was making "the dip" for Sunday Funday. And just like that, it became the Sunday Funday Dip.
It really is a great name because it’s the perfect recipe to make on the weekend. That doesn’t mean you can only eat it on Sundays, though.

It’s awesome any day of the week. This recipe has been served at so many of our family parties and get-togethers over the years, and it’s always the first to go.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and friends.

Sunday Funday Dip Variations
I like this dip recipe the way it is made here, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Meat- ground turkey or chicken can be substituted here.
- Spicy- use a hot & spicy taco seasoning packet and a spicy cheese like pepper jack to add some kick to this recipe. you can also try a spicy salsa.
- Cheese- use any kind of cheese that you’d like. Just be sure to shred the cheese yourself. It will melt way better that way.
- Layers- feel free to add extra layers like refried beans, sour cream or whatever else you’d like.
