Copycat Cracker Barrel Meatloaf is an absolutely delicious, easy to make dinner that the whole family is sure to love.

There’s something so nostalgic about meatloaf. It reminds me of being young and having family dinner with my parents and siblings.
Now that I’m a Mom myself, I make it for my own family. My kids just love it.

We usually make either Old Fashioned Meatloaf, Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf or Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf.
We even love Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf, too. There are so many great recipes out there but I’m always looking for more to add to the list.

When I came across this recipe I knew I had to try it. Replacing the Ritz Crackers for breadcrumbs sounded delicious!
My family couldn’t have loved this one more. It’s got a permanent spot on our meatloaf dinner recipe rotation from here on out.

Serve this with some Lipton Onion Potatoes and Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli and you’ve got yourself a guaranteed hit.

- Ground Meat- Use ground turkey if you’d prefer.
- Crackers- Panko breadcrumbs would be ok to use instead of crushed up Ritz Crackers.

Copy Cat Cracker Barrel Meatloaf Ingredients

- Ground Beef
- Onion, chopped
- Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Ketchup
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Crushed Ritz Crackers
- Egg
- Milk
- Brown Sugar
- Yellow Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
First, in a large bowl, add the ground beef, shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk and crushed Ritz crackers.

Now, season it with salt and pepper and mix everything together just until it’s evenly combined.

Next, place it onto the center or a parchment paper lined baking sheet or baking dish and form it into a meatloaf shape.

Then, in a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar and yellow mustard.

Now, spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.

Next, place it into the center rack of the oven for about 60 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked all the way through.

Finally, garnish with parsley (optional) slice and serve warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- ½ Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- ¼ Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1 Egg
- ¼ Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Glaze
- ¼ Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk and crushed Ritz crackers.
