This easy to make garlic parmesan corn on the cob is made with just a few simple ingredients for a delicious side dish the whole family will love.

Garlic Parmesan Corn On The Cob

From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

This garlic parmesan corn on the cob is the side dish you need to make this summer.

I cannot tell you how much my family loves corn. My two boys specifically cannot get enough of it.

I’m always looking for new and exciting ways to serve it and this recipe completely hit the spot.

This method of cooking corn went viral on the Internet a few years ago and I’ve been meaning to try it. I am so glad that I did!

It is beyond flavorful and the freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top just takes this over the edge. Not to mention, it’s super easy to make, too.

This is for sure my family’s new way of eating corn. My kids love when I make Ranch Butter Corn and Mexican Street Corn Casserole, but this recipe takes the cake.

What a fantastic recipe to make in the summertime with all those delicious hotdog dogs, hamburgers and grilled chicken. Yum!

I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Fast. Simple. Delicious.

  • Corn- instead of frozen corn, use fresh corn on the cob.
  • Sauce- Use any garlic Parmesan sauce that you’d like to.
