Fish Filet Sliders
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
These fish filet sliders were even better than the inspiration behind and I whole heartedly mean that.

Anyone that knows me knows very well that I am a huge fan of the fish filet at McDonald’s. It’s my favorite thing on the menu by far.
I don’t know why it took me so long to try to make them for myself at home. I’m truly kicking myself for waiting so long.
These sliders were absolutely incredible. I could have eaten the entire thing myself no kidding.

You don’t have to take my word for it, though. Even my husband who has always been slightly turned off my the fish sandwich said he loved these.
Using frozen breaded cod fish filets made putting this sandwich together a breeze. Any short cut that I can use to make my life easier, I’ll take!

I will say that you can use store bought tartar sauce. But I’m pretty sure that making my Homemade Tartar Sauce was one of the main reasons why these sliders were so good.
They never give you enough tartar sauce at the restaurant. This gave me the ability to load as much of that sauce on as I wanted.

I’m already thinking about the next time I’m going to make these. They were such a huge hit.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Fish Filet Sliders Variations
I Ike this slider recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Tartar Sauce- Use store bought tartar sauce or make your own. I have a fantastic homemade recipe HERE if you’d like to use mine.
- Fish Filets- Any breaded fish filet would work here. Even fish sticks! Use any kind you’d like.
- Rolls- I love Kings Hawaiian but regular rolls would be just fine to use, too.
