This easy beef queso dip is such a delicious crowd pleasing appetizer.

I love making this dip for game days or big family get togethers.

Everyone loves it and its always the first thing to go. Its actually become one of my most requested game day recipes lately.

You will see when you make it just how much of a crowd pleaser it is, too.

This recipe is so simple and absolutely loaded with flavor.

Easy Beef Queso Variations

I like this recipe as it is but here are some ways to switch it up if you'd like to.

  • Meat- Ground chicken or turkey would work here if you'd rather not use beef.
  • Spice- Try a spicy taco packet instead or original or milk to add some heat to this recipe.
  • -Tomatoes- The salsa can be replaced with a can of Rotel.

Fast. Simple. Delicious.

Notes

You can make this with either a can of Rotel or salsa. I’ve done it both ways and to me, they both taste pretty similar. I like to serve this in a bowl with some sour cream. It’s so delicious and a hit every time.
