These crispy breaded pork chops are juicy, flavorful and absolute heaven on a plate. They are so crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It’s the perfect combination of textures and flavors and exactly what you're looking for in a perfect pork chop

These pork chops don't need any gravy, sauces or applesauce to complete them either. They are delicious served exactly as they are. Its super easy to make and can be on the table in under 30 minutes, too. I've made this for my family and friends dozens of times and everyone raves about them.

Ingredients

Here is everything you'll need to make this delicious dinner. You can find the full ingredients list along with measurements and instructions on the recipe card below.

  • Bone In Pork Chops- They stay moist and juicy while being fried.
  • Salt & Pepper- Enhances the flavor of the pork chops.
  • Garlic Powder- Adds an earthy flavor to the pork.
  • Flour- Helps the pork chops get nice and crispy.
  • Eggs- Binds the breadcrumbs to the chops.
  • Milk- Thins the eggs for the perfect binder.
  • Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs- Adds the perfect, seasoned amount of crunch when fried.
  • Canola Oil- Has a high smoke point and a great choice for frying.
  • Parsley- An optional garnish that adds a pop of color.

How To Make It

Heres everything you'll need to make these delicious pork chops. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.

First, pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season them with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. In a shallow bowl mix the four with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a separate shallow bowl, beat together the eggs and milk and in a third shallow bowl, add the seasoned breadcrumbs.

PRO TIP: Be sure to pat the pork chops as dry as possible to make sure they can get as crispy as possible.

Working in batches, dip the pork chops into the flour and coat them on both sides. Shake off any extra flour from the pork chops. Dip them into the egg wash on both sides and let the extra egg wash run off. Now, press them into the breadcrumbs on both sides. Shake any extra breadcrumbs. In a a large skillet heat the oil over medium high heat until it reaches about 350 degrees. Carefully fry the pork chops in batches until they're golden brown on both sides.

PRO TIP: Be sure to let the extra flour, egg and bread crumbs run off the pork chops to avoid them burning in the pan.

Can I Use Thicker Pork Chops?

Yes, if the pork chops are on the thicker side, add them to a foil lined or a wire rack (preferred) baking sheet after frying. Place it in the center rack of the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145.

Can These Be Made In The Airfryer?

Yes, these can be made in the air fryer. Just set the air fryer to 375 degrees and cook the chops for about 15 minutes flipping half way through. Give them a little spray with olive oil if needed.

What Should I Serve These With?

We like this with a big serving of White Cheddar Mac & Cheese and some Roasted Parmesan Broccoli on the side but they go great with just about anything.

Storage

Let the pork chops cool completely and place them into a food safe air tight container. They will last in the fridge for up to three days.
