These mini apple pies are the easiest fall dessert and are always a huge hit.

We usually have a ton of apples this time of year in New Jersey. It’s great to have something quick and easy to do with them.
This recipe gives you all the delicious flavor of apple pie with way less of the time and effort.

My kids love to get involved and help make them. it’s become kind of a yearly tradition at my house now.
Using the premade crescent rolls is such a time saver and compliments the sweet apples so well.
This recipe is great to make for a simple fall dessert, snack or even breakfast.

My family could eat them around the clock if I let them.

Mini Apple Pie Variations
I like this recipe made just the way it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Apples- using the presliced apples are super convenient and the perfect size but you can slice your own apples if you’d like to.
- Nuts- use chopped walnuts instead of pecans if you prefer or omit the nuts completely if desired.

The apples pictured look green like Granny Smith apples - can I use a different kind? I don't really like tart apples.
