It doesn’t get any easier then this 4 ingredient hot artichoke dip.
I love simple no fuss recipes like this.
Anything super simple to put together that tastes incredible is right up my alley.
When I first had this awesome appetizer I immediately asked for the recipe.
I hadn’t had anything quite like it.
It’s super salty and I meant that in a great way.
The flavor combination was absolutely delicious and I needed to know how to make it for myself.
Once I was given the recipe I couldn’t believe that it was only 4 ingredients.
I knew right then and there this one was gonna be a keeper!
And man, was I right. I’ve made this 4 ingredient hot artichoke dip so many times since then.
Everyone seems to really love it whenever I do.
I keep canned artichoke hearts in my pantry just in case I need to throw a last minute appetizer together.
The rest of the ingredients I almost always have on hand anyway.
It’s the perfect throw together appetizer.

Can I use fresh Parmesan cheese?
Yes, you absolutely can use freshly grated cheese.
But hear me out- you really don’t need to.
I’ve made this both ways, with fresh parm and the “shaker” cheese kind.
No one can ever tell a difference.
The grated stuff is cheaper and works very well here.
So, you do what you’d like but for me, it’s the canned stuff all the way.
Does this reheat well?
No this doesn’t reheat well.
This hot artichoke dip is best served right out of the oven.
Whenever I’ve tried to reheat it, it just doesn’t do the trick.
Try to eat it as soon as you can when it’s at its best.
4 Ingredient Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe Video:
4 ingredient hot artichoke dip ingredients:
- marinated artichoke hearts
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
First, in an oven safe baking dish, add the mayonnaise.
Now add the Parmesan cheese.
Then add the garlic powder.
After that drain the artichokes very well.
Now chop them up into small pieces. Try to keep them as equal in size as you can.
Add them to the baking dish.
Next smoothie the mixture out.
Finally bake it at 375° for about 20 minutes or until the sides are hot and bubbly.
Serve this with pita chips or anything on the sturdy side that can support the weight of the dip.
4 Ingredient Hot Artichoke Dip
- 2 12 oz Artichoke Hearts (jarred)
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Add the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic powder to an oven safe baking dish.
- Drain the artichokes from the liquid in the jar.
- Chop them up in to small pieces and add them to the baking dish
- Smooth the mixture out and bake it uncovered for about 20 minutes or until the sides are hot and bubbly.
- Serve this with a strong cracker like a pita chip that can support the weight
