Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Casserole Variations
I love this recipe as it is, but here are some ways to switch it up if you’d like to.

- Blueberries- fresh or frozen and thawed blueberries both work for this recipe.
- Cinnamon rolls- I use the traditional canned cinnamon rolls flavor but any flavor would work here, too.
- Fruit- feel free to change the blueberries out for another berry or pie filling.

That dish is bigger even an 8x8

Yes it is but this is what I had. 8x8 is perfect but if you have one slightly bigger that’s fine too

I made 1/2 the recipe and it was really good. We put syrup on top after it was on the plate, so good!

30-35 minutes! Very disappointed it burned on top. I did 40 minutes and my oven is spot on!
Al Dente Diva says
Sorry that happened but it took that amount of time in my oven. Everyone’s is different

The blueberry casserole looks delicious. I have a huge container of dried cranberries. I’m going to rehydrate them and use them in this recipe. Thanks for posting. I’ll bake at 350.

What size baking dish is best? Is this only 1 cup blueberries? Picture looks like more.

My husband found this recipe through Facebook reels. I tried it last night for the first time and took it to a dinner. It was a hit! It was not too sweet and amazingly easy to whip up. I followed the recipe using an 13x9 baking dish but added more blueberries and I baked it for 35 minutes and it was perfect. Thank you!

Be sure to grease the baking dish, to avoid any sticking.
For a half-batch, I used a 6 x 10 inch baking dish, baking for 35 minutes. It was perfect for two people, with some fresh blueberries on the side.

We did not care for it. Was lacking in flavor for us anyway. Roll pieces were not soft like I was hoping and eggy custard type texture on the bottom. Maybe if you add syrup to individual serving like one person suggested it might help. But it's a no for me.
