If you’re looking for the best buffalo chicken dip, you’ve come to the right place.

We are a big entertaining family at my house. I’ve hosted so many parties, holidays, and family get togethers that I’ve actually lost count at this point.
This recipe isn’t new. I can remember having a bunch of different versions of this dip even when I was in high school. And trust me, that was a very, very long time ago.

I have tried so many different variations of recipes for buffalo chicken dip and this one is by far the best.
It’s the perfect amount of cheese, just the right kick of heat and the rotisserie chicken makes it super convenient to put together.

The first time I served this was for a Football Sunday watch party and it was devoured within just a few minutes.
I usually make my famous BBQ Chicken Dip, too, which is always a big hit.
My conclusion is that whenever a rotisserie chicken and cheese are involved, people are happy!

This is my go to recipe and I’m sure it will quickly become yours too.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Variations
I love this dip recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- you can use rotisserie chicken or make and shred your own.
- Crockpot- yes this can be made in the crockpot. Add all of the ingredients into the crockpot and set it to low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cheeses- any kind of cheese that you would like to use this recipe would work. Just be sure to shred it yourself because it will melt much better that way. ?
