Oh my goodness, this copycat Boston Market Mac and cheese was so incredibly delicious and as close to the restaurants version as you can get.

Boston Markets are closing down left and right here in Jersey. Their mac and cheese was my favorite side dish.
Now that I don’t have a restaurant open near me, I figured why not give making my own version a try. What a great idea that turned out to be.

I served this to my family for our Sunday Dinner and it was such a huge hit. Everyone just loved it and couldn’t believe how close to the original it was.
Myself included, I was so happy with the way it turned out.
This recipe is fantastic because it’s super easy to make, requires very few ingredients and is absolutely delicious.

I usually make my Creamy Macaroni & Cheese or Baked White Mac and Cheese for family parties. They are so so good but definitely require just a little more effort and the oven.
This recipe is great because I can have it on the table in no time. As soon as the pasta is finished cooking the cheese sauce is done.

It doesn’t get much easier than that!
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Copycat Boston Market Mac And Cheese Variations
Changing this recipe will technically move it farther away from the intended copycat version, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Pasta- Use any kind of pasta shape that you’d like.
- Cheese- Experiment with different cheeses to create new flavors. Just be sure to shred the cheese yourself because it will melt much better that way.
