This honey mustard salmon is always a hit wherever I make it at my house.

I am a huge fan of salmon. It’s easily my favorite fish by far and I try to eat it as much as possible.
My husband, however, didn’t share my enthusiasm for this fish until just about a few months ago.
I had to practically beg him to try my Creamy Salmon Florentine.

Finally, I must have asked enough times and got him to take a little bite. After that, he was hooked!
Now that we have two salmon fans in the house, I’m trying to make him all the dishes that I love and this is one of them.
The honey mustard glaze goes together perfectly with the seasoned salmon. There’s goodness in every single bite.

I also love the hint of citrus the salmon takes on from being cooked on the lemon slices. Not to mention, it makes for a pretty beautiful presentation, too.
This dish is super easy to make, uses minimal ingredients and requires very little effort on my part. It’s the perfect busy weekday diner.

Serve this along side some rice or pasta and roasted vegetables for a dinner the whole family will love.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.
