Buffalo chicken flatbread pizza is one of those recipes that deliver a ton of flavor with very minimal effort.

Flatbreads are great to throw together when you don’t have much time or energy to cook.
We usually make them a lot during the summer or weekdays when the kids are in school and life is super hectic. But, it sure does make a great party or game day appetizer, too.
My Hawaiian Chicken Flatbread Pizza is one of their favorites. This buffalo chicken version just happens to be a personal favorite of mine.

It’s always a good night for a pizza and this one is sure to hit the spot.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza Variations
I like this flatbread pizza made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Chicken- Any cooked and cubed or shredded chicken would be great to use here. Nice use of leftovers if you’ve got some.
- Blue Cheese- Swap the blue cheese out for ranch if it isn’t your thing. If you are going to use blue cheese, I highly recommend Marie’s.
