These chicken Parmesan meatballs are such a fun spin on the traditional Italian meal.

We love chicken Parmesan and meatballs at my house and this is the best of both worlds.
They can be served alone or over a nice big bowl of spaghetti. They’re also great over some white rice, too.
This recipe is a nice alternative when you’re not in the mood to go through the process of dredging a bunch of chicken breast in egg wash and breading then frying them in oil.

It’s a good little hassle free short cut that the whole family is sure to love.
Speaking for my own family, they are all huge fans of this one. Especially my two boys who are always super excited when they find out that this is what’s for dinner.

We like to serve this with pasta and a nice big piece of homemade garlic bread. It hits the spot every time!
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as much as my family and I do.

Chicken Parmesan Meatballs Variations
I like this meatball recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Ground Meat- Ground Turkey would be ok to use as a substitute for ground chicken.
- Breadcrumbs- You can use panko or plain breadcrumbs here if you’d like to. Just be sure to add a little additional seasoning to the meatball mixture.
- Sauce- Use any kind of tomato sauce you’d like. I have a great recipe for Simple Tomato Sauce if you click HERE but any jarred brand would do. Vodka Sauce would also be a nice change.
