Crockpot Beef And Noodles

From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

Oh my goodness, this crockpot beef and noodles was the biggest hit in my house.

I made this for my family on my boys first day of school. It was the perfect thing for them to come back home to after a long day.

Plus, I had my hands full that day, too. It was great to just toss everything into the crockpot, run my errands and come back to a finished meal.

Crockpot recipes like this one are a godsend on days that I’m super busy but need to get dinner on the table.

I love that all the work is done for me. It gives me time the time and freedom to do other chores or just relax if I want to.

Toss that into some buttery egg noodles and you’ve truly got a hearty and delicious meal that the whole family will love.

If you want something cozy, filling, and guaranteed to bring everyone back for seconds, this recipe is a must!

I really hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Crockpot Beef And Noodles Variations

I like this crockpot recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

  • Sour Cream- Add in about ¼-1/2 cup of sour cream with the egg noodles to add some creaminess.
  • Veggies- Add some frozen peas the last half hour of cooking for a pop of color and texture.
  • Cook Time- This can be made on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

The noodles need to be boiled first? Or just put them directly?

I have celiac so need to be gluten free. Would gluten free noodles of some kind work to substitute? Or potatoes?

You know what to be honest with you I don’t really have that much experience with an Insta pot so I wouldn’t be the one to ask. I’m sorry.

Hi! I’m note sure- could just need some more time to cook. Re read the ingredients make sure you didn’t use something different on accident like chicken gravy . Let me know how it turned out.
