Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a creamy, cheesy slow cooked chicken dish made with garlic parmesan sauce, cream cheese, broccoli and pasta all tossed together in one irresistible dinner.
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

The first time I made this, it was one of those “throw it in and hope for the best” kind of days. I had chicken in the fridge, a jar of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce in the pantry and had seen this recipe floating around the internet. So, I figured why not just give it a whirl. By dinnertime, my kitchen smelled incredible and my family was hovering around asking when dinner will be ready.
This is one of those dump-and-go crockpot meals that tastes way fancier than the effort required. It’s creamy, garlicky, loaded with flavor, and when you stir in the pasta and broccoli at the end, it turns into a full, comforting dinner all in one pot. It’s honestly hard to stop eating.
Ingredients
Here’s everything you’ll need to make this delicious dinner. You can find the full ingredients list along with measurements and instructions on the recipe card below.
- Chicken Breasts – Becomes shred-able after cooking low and slow.
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce – The star of the show! It adds lots of garlic flavor and that signature kick of Parmesan. You can get the sauce HERE.
- Cream Cheese – Makes the sauce ultra creamy and thick.
- Chicken Broth – Loosens the sauce and keeps the chicken moist while it cooks.
- Frozen Broccoli Florets – Adds texture, color, and balances the richness.
- Mozzarella Cheese– Boosts the cheesy flavor of the sauce.
- Rotini Pasta– Soaks up all that creamy sauce perfectly.
- Salt And Pepper – Enhances and rounds out all the other flavors.
- Fresh Garlic- Adds bold, aromatic depth and homemade flavor.
- Garlic Powder- Brings smooth, even garlic flavor through the sauce.
How To Make It
Here’s how to make this amazing CEO pit recipe. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.
First, spray the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken breast. Season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Now, pour the bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken. Add the block of cream cheese and chicken broth.
PRO TIP: Cube the cream cheese up if you’d like to make it extra easy to incorporate into the sauce later.

Next, cover the crockpot and set it to low for 5–6 hours. Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, carefully shred it using two forks. Stir everything well so the cream cheese melts fully into the sauce and becomes smooth.
NOTE: You can shred the chicken in a separate bowl then place it back in but I like to do it right in the crockpot to ensure I don’t loose any moisture or flavor.

Now, stir in the broccoli and mozzarella cheese. Place the cover back on and let it cook for another 20–30 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Finally, stir the cooked pasta into the crockpot until everything is evenly coated in sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
PRO TIP: If the sauce feels too thick at the end, add a splash of warm chicken broth or reserved pasta water to loosen it.

What Should I Serve This With?
This dinner is hearty and full of protein and vegetables. I’d keep the sides simple with just a garden salad and maybe some Homemade Garlic Bread.
Can I Use Fresh Broccoli Instead Of Frozen?
Yes, you can. Fresh broccoli works great and stays slightly firmer with a brighter flavor.
Can I Use Chicken Thighs Instead Of Breasts?
Yes, you absolutely can. Thighs will be even juicier and shred up beautifully into the sauce.
Storage
Let the pasta cool completely and add place it into an air tight container. It will last in the refrigerator for up to three days.

I also tried to print this last week, and there were no instructions on the print me, but as of today, 02/26/26, the instructions are present and printed. currently in the works at home, can't wait to get out of work and try it! I have tried a couple of Tara's recipes and they have been good, so I assume this will be too. i love how easy her recipes are and the ingredients are normal things that we have in the fridge and pantry. Thanks Tara!

Hmmm I wonder why. It’s an automatic thing that is added once it’s on the recipe card. I’m not seeing the issue on my end

Your printable recipe has no directions included. I'd love to make this, but doing a cut n paste job for it is a definite drawback.
