Hot honey chicken sliders are the ultimate weeknight dinner, snack or appetizer win.

They’re quick to throw together, packed with flavor, and feel like a treat without a ton of effort at all.
And I really mean that when I say it. Using frozen crispy chicken bites made this recipe an absolute breeze to put together.

The crispy chicken tossed in a homemade hot honey sauce, then served in the Hawaiian rolls with garlic mayonnaise is out of this world good.
Add a pickle for crunch, and you’ve got a no-fuss meal that’s fun, family-friendly, and guaranteed to disappear fast.

This is a great one to make when the kids are at school and I’m trying to throw something together for dinner that easy to make but also super satisfying. I've even made them for party appetizers and game days snacks.
They're always a hit! Don’t let the hot honey fool you either. It’s not too spicy at all. Both my boys are young and they love this one.

I like this chicken slider recipe made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Buns- Use bigger pieces of chicken, like chicken patties or chicken strips to make larger sandwiches.
- Chicken Fingers- You can omit the bread completely and toss chicken tenders, nuggets or crispers in the hot honey mixture and dunk them into the garlic mayonnaise.

Instructions
First, cook the chicken bites according to the directions on the back of the package. I prefer the air fryer for this because It gets them extra crispy!

Meanwhile, carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally separating the tops from the bottom.

Then, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and garlic powder.

Next, spread the mixture onto the bottom half of the rolls.

Now, in a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, hot sauce, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne.

Once the crispy chicken bites are done cooking, add them to a large bowl and toss them into the hot honey mixture until they are evenly coated.

Then, place each piece of chicken into the slider portion of the bottom of each individual roll.

Next, place a pickle onto the top of each piece of chicken.

Now, add the top half of the slider buns back.

Finally, slice into individual portions, serve warm and enjoy!

- 24 Oz Crispy Boneless Chicken Bites
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 24 Chips Dill Pickle
- 3 Tbs Butter, melted
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 2 Tbs Franks Red Hot
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
