Layered Greek dip is a super easy to make, crowd pleasing appetizer made with layered hummus, tzatziki and freshly chopped vegetables tossed in Mediterranean and olive oil then topped with feta cheese.
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

I recently made this layered Greek dip for a short trip down to the Jersey shore and it was such a huge it with everyone. My sister and bother in law invited us down to spend a few days at their house at Lavallette NJ and I really wanted to make something super delicious for everybody to snack on.
This dip could not have been more perfect. The vegetables and dill were so fresh and went together perfectly with the hummus and tzatziki. It was filling yet refreshing at the same time and exactly what we were crazing. The best part was how easily it all came together. Using store bought spreads allowed me to take a huge shortcut and get this appetizer ready to eat in no time.

How To Make It
Heres how to make this incredible appetizer. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.
First, in a large bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives and bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, season it with salt, pepper, oregano and fresh dill. Toss to combine.
PRO TIP: Be sure to chop the vegetables small and evenly to make them easier to scoop.

Then, on a large plate, add the hummus and spread it out into a ¼” thick circle. Top it with the tzatziki sauce and spread it out over the hummus leaving a half inch of hummus showing around the sides.

Now, add the vegetables into the center of the tzatziki sauce. Spread them out leaving just a little tzatziki exposed around the sides. Sprinkle the with crumbled feta and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
PRO TIP: Use fresh feta cheese and crumble it off the block yourself. It will be much more flavorful.

What Should I Serve This With?
Pita chips or bread would be the perfect choice but any kind of cracker would be great.
Can I Make This Ahead Of Time?
Yes, you absolutely can. Put everything together a few hours in advance and chill, covered in the refrigerator. Just wait to add the crumbled feta and final drizzle of olive oil before serving.
Storage
Place the dip into a food safe air tight container and it will last in the fridge for up to three days.
