From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito

taco bell quesadilla sauce

This Taco Bell copycat quesadilla sauce really is the ultimate condiment. I’m a big fan of Taco Bell and love there quesadilla. The dipping sauce they serve there is incredibly delicious. There's just something about it that compliments the quesadilla so well.

I’m a sucker for condiments in general and this one is an all time favorite. It’s smooth, creamy and just a little bit spicy. Not to mention, its super easy to make, too. Never underestimate the power of a good dunking sauce. It can make or breaks the entire meal for me.

Ingredients

Heres everything you'll need to make this delicious sauce. You can find the full ingredients list along with measurements and instructions on the recipe card below.

  • Mayonnaise- The rich, creamy base.
  • Sour Cream- Adds tanginess and lightens up the mayonnaise.
  • Jalapeños- Brings a subtle heat.
  • Salt- Enhances the flavors of the other ingredients.
  • Sugar- Cuts the acidity.
  • Paprika- Adds a nice color to the sauce.
  • Cayenne- Brings a smooth heat.
  • Garlic Powder- Adds savory depth.
  • Onion Powder- Adds a sweet and savory background.

How To Make It

Heres how to make this delicious condiment. You can find the full ingredients list and instructions on the recipe card below.

Now, serve immediately or place it in the fridge until until you're ready to serve.

PRO TIP: Let the sauce sit in the fridge for an hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend together.

Storage

Place the sauce in a food safe, air tight container and it will last in the fridge for up to seven days.
