Ranch Ritz Cracker Chicken
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
Ranch Ritz cracker chicken may be the craziest food combo that just makes sense that I’ve ever posted.

I mean, I love Ritz Cracker and I love Ranch dressing so why not combine the two?
The ranch acts as the perfect binder to hold the cracker “bread crumbs” onto the chicken.
These two ingredients together create a incredibly delicious experience.

The rich flavors from the ranch and the saltiness from the crackers are chefs kiss.
My whole family and my kids especially loved this dinner.
My son Dominic is always hesitant to try new things.

But that’s to be expected since he’s only 4 and anyone who has a kid around that age knows how that goes.
Once I convinced him to take a bite and “just try it for me” he was hooked!
This recipe is only 3 ingredients and so easy to make.

It’s perfect for a quick and easy dinner or an afternoon snack.
I know if you give this recipe a try that you’re going to love it, too.

Ranch/ Cracker Options
If you want to change this recipe a little bit of course you can.
As far as swap outs go, I’d just like to stick with the ranch and ritz combination.

Once we start changing the dressing flavor ir brand of cracker it becomes a whole different recipe in my opinion.
I just wanted to mention that I’d you’d like to use a fat free ranch or spicy ranch dressing they would both work.

Ritz has some different flavors of crackers that would all be okay to swap out, too.

Make sure whatever piece of meat you choose that the internal temperature reaches 165° to be sure the chicken is cooked all the way through and safe to eat.
What brand ranch dressing should I use?
I used Hidden Valley Ranch for this recipe but use whatever your favorite brand is.

They all work just fine.
Can this Ranch Ritz Cracker Chicken be air fried?
Yes this recipe can absolutely work in the air fryer.
Just make it according to the instructions and instead of baking them in the oven, pop it into the air fryer.

Preheat the air fryer to 400° and cook the check tenders for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
As always be sure the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165° and safe to eat before serving.
