Chili Frito Corn Salad Variations
I like this corn salad recipe made just the way it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Fritos- Chili Fritos are the best for this put regular Fritos are ok to use, too.
- Cheese- Use and kind of shredded cheese that you’d like for this recipe or a combination of two. Choose your favorite.
- Parsley- I’m not a fan of cilantro so I used parsley but cilantro works very well for this recipe If you’d love to swap it out.

This looks so yummy!! How do you serve since it already has the crunch from the Fritos? Just as a side or as a dip with chips?
