Tried out this recipe last night and it was an absolute hit at our house! We even added a handful of grape tomatoes cut in half and some sliced black olives. We also omitted the red pepper flakes just as a personal preference, plus I didn’t have any on hand. Another thing we did was add another half cup of the sauce mix the next day for added creaminess. Thanks for an awesome recipe as this will now be in our menu rotation!

I think this salad may become a summer staple in our house. It's delicious and good "fresh"/room temperature or after marinating in the fridge. Only change was I added some diced cherry tomatoes, just because I had them on hand.

Hi! It’s a pound of pasta so I’d say 6-8 people with generous servings
