Cheesy Pepperoni Bread
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
This cheesy pepperoni pizza bread is a tried and true recipe that I’ve made time and time again.

My family absolutely love this. Especially my two little boys and it couldn’t be easier to make, too.
We like to eat this as an appetizer, snack or even as a main course. Just pair this with nice, big salad or bowl of pasta and you’re good to go.

To make putting this recipe together even easier, I like to pick up some premade dough from a local pizza place.
We’re super lucky to have some awesome pizzerias here in Bergen County, New Jersey. They’re always happy to sell me some dough and it’s only $2.

Can’t beat that price and convenience if you ask me. If you have a local pizza shop, I’d highly suggest popping in for some.
This appetizer is the perfect finger food for parties or any kind of get together. It’s always one of the first things to go and such a big hit.

You wouldn’t believe how many times I make this during football season. My family and friends just can’t get enough of it.
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Cheesy Pepperoni Bread Variations
I like this recipe for pepperoni bread made just the way it is but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Dough- use homemade or store bought pizza dough for this recipe. My local pizzeria happily sells their large pizza doughs for just $2. Can’t beat that deal!
- Pepperoni- The pepperoni slices are generally thinner and larger if you purchase them from your local deli but small pre-sliced pepperoni will do, too.

- Cheese- Shredded or sliced mozzarella and provolone cheese can both be used for this recipe. If using shredded cheese, be sure to shred the cheese yourself because it will melt much better that way.
- Sauce- marinara sauce can be served on the side or a thin layer of sauce can be put down before cheese and pepperoni if desired.
