- Everything Bagel Seasoning- Adds lots of flavor throughout the dip.
- Monterey Jack cheese- Brings a creamy flavor to the dip with out competing with the cream cheese.
- Cheddar Cheese- The texture and color to make the dip look like a carrot while adding a slightly salty flavor.
- Fresh Parsley- Mimics the carrot top perfectly.
How To Make It
Here's how to make this adorable Easter appetizer. You can find the full ingredients list along with instructions on the recipe card below.
First, in a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, everything bagel seasoning and the shredded Monterey jack cheese. Mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.
NOTE: Using whipped cream cheese will give the dip more body and make it much easier to shape and serve, too.

Now, take the mixture and add it to the center of a serving tray. Form the cream cheese mixture into the shape of a carrot. Clean up any smeared cheese on the edges using a paper towel or dish towel. Cover the cream cheese mixture completely with the shredded cheddar cheese.
PRO TIP: Shred the cheddar cheese yourself and avoid the pre shredded stuff that comes in a bag. Its creamier and will make a more delicious dip that way.

Finally, place a large bunch of parsley at the top of the carrot to recreate the stem. Serve with your choice of chips and enjoy!

Storage
Place the dip in a food safe air tight container or cover it tightly with plastic wrap and it will last in the fridge for up to three days.
What Can I Use Instead Of Everything Bagel Seasoning?
You can use a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Feel free to add in whatever other seasonings you'd like, too.
What Should I Serve This With?
Crackers, pretzel chips, pita chips or even some fresh veggies would all work perfectly for dipping.
Can I Make This Ahead Of Time?
Yes, you can make this Easter carrot cheese ball ahead of time. If you’d like to make it the night before, mix everything together and form it into the carrot shape. Wait to add the cheddar cheese and parsley until it's time to serve.
