Ranch Butter Corn
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
If you’ve never had ranch butter corn you’re in for a treat. Its my favorite way to make corn on the cob in the summer time.

This recipe is so delicious and a really nice way to change it up from the traditional butter, salt and pepper.
There’s nothing like Jersey corn in the summer time. I wait all year for it to be in season and my family does, too. My sons are huge fans of corn.
I like to eat it as often as I can but there are only so many ways to make it. Even though we wait all year for this, It can get a little stale and boring.

That’s why I love this ranch butter corn recipe. It’s got such s unique flavor to it. Something different to break up the regular old routine.
The best part is that it’s so easy to make, too! Easy and delicious recipes are the only way to go in the hectic summer months.

All you need to make this is just a couple ears of corn, butter and a dry ranch dressing packet. That’s all there is to it!
I hope you give this easy ranch butter corn a try. I know you’ll love it just as much as my family does.

Ranch Butter Corn Variations
I love this recipe as it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you'd like to.

- Corn On The Cob- You dont have to use corn on the cob for this recipe. I absolutely recommend it but frozen corn or canned corn would work, too. Just make the ranch butter as the directed below and mix it into the cooked corn.
- Cooking- I boiled the corn here but feel free to prepare it in the air fryer, on the grill or any other method youd prefer.
- Spice- If you'd like to add some heat to this dish, try a spicy or fiesta flavor of ranch. It will add a ton of flavor.

We made the butter for corn on Father’s Day. Every single person tried and loved it & we didn’t even need salt. A nice tangy twist on sweet corn!
