Sausage, Egg And Cheese Hash Brown Casserole
From the recipe collection of Tara Ippolito
This sausage, egg and cheese hash brown casserole was a such a big hit with my family.

This is the perfect recipe to make if you’re looking for something easy to make and absolutely delicious.
It only requires a handful of simple ingredients and very minimal effort.
The hash browns are crispy and go together perfectly with the cheesy eggs and breakfast sausage. Personally, all I need is a little hot sauce to make it perfect.

I served this to my family for a “breakfast for dinner” meal and they all thought it was great. Even my two picky little boys loved it.
The leftovers were saved for a quick grab and go breakfast in the morning which my husband was very happy to have.

If you’re looking for an easy to make, savory breakfast casserole the whole family will love, this is it!
I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, I know you’ll love it just as much as my family and I do.

Sausage, Egg And Cheese Hash Brown Variations
I like this breakfast casserole made just the way it is, but here are some ways to change it up if you’d like to.

- Hash browns- Tater tots can be use here instead of shredded hash browns. Also, they don’t necessarily have to be cooked first. I prefer them cooked but some people do make this casserole without doing that. It’s up to you.
- Cheese- Any kind of cheese here would work so choose your favorite. Just be sure to shred it yourself because it will melt much better that way.
- Extras- Feel free to add some veggies into the egg mixture if you’d like to.

I am guessing you mix the eggs and heavy cream together with the other ingredients; you forgot to mention the heavy cream in the instructions.
